How TraceSpeak handles personal data on this website. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
In short
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
- All fonts, images and videos are served from our own web server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other third party while you browse.
- When you send us a form, we receive it as an email and use it only to answer you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who is responsible
The controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
TraceSpeak
Sofia, Bulgaria
Email: office@tracespeak.com
For every question about your data, write to this address.
When you visit the website
Like every web server, our server records each request in a log file: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the page you came from, your browser and operating system as your browser reports them, and whether the request succeeded.
We need these logs to deliver the website, to find errors and to detect and stop attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not combine the logs with other data and do not use them to build profiles. They are kept by our hosting provider for the current month, then archived for one more month and deleted, so no entry is kept for longer than two months.
When you send us a form
The website has four forms. Fields marked with an asterisk are required, because we cannot answer you without them.
- Contact: name, company, role (optional), email, topic and message.
- Demo access: name, company, role, business email, product of interest and an optional message.
- Early access to Testradamus Fleet: name, company, business email, and optionally your fleet size and the day you would like to meet us in Novi.
- Early access to Testradamus Test Drive: name, company and business email.
With each request we also receive the time it was sent and the page it was sent from.
We use this data only to do what you asked: to answer your question, to give you access to the Demo Playground, to arrange a meeting, or to tell you when the product you signed up for is available. The legal basis is the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering the messages sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form is processed on our web server and forwarded by email to our company mailbox. It is not saved in a database or anywhere else on the website. To block spam we use a hidden field and a minimum filling time; no third-party service such as reCAPTCHA is involved.
The same applies when you email us directly.
No newsletters or advertising
We contact you only about the request you sent. We do not add you to a newsletter or a mailing list. If we ever offer one, you will be asked separately and can say no without any effect on your request.
Who else handles your data
Our website, its server logs and our company mailbox are hosted by SuperHosting.BG in Sofia, Bulgaria, under a data processing agreement as required by Art. 28 GDPR. Your data stays in the EU.
We do not pass your data to anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your request leads to a contract, we keep what that contract and Bulgarian accounting and tax law require, for as long as they require it. Server logs are deleted as described above.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no analytics, advertising or social media plugins. Links to LinkedIn and GitHub are plain links: those sites receive data only if you click them, and their own privacy policies then apply.
Security
All connections to this website are encrypted with HTTPS.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- get a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17);
- have its use restricted (Art. 18);
- receive it in a common machine-readable format (Art. 20);
- object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Write to office@tracespeak.com. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg. You may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
No automated decisions
We make no decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not profile visitors.
Changes to this policy
If the website starts processing data differently, we will update this page and its date.
